These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Royal Medical Spa LLC | Khalid Alazza MBR services, including our website and our SMS and email communications programs. By using our services or opting into our communications, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Program Description
Royal Medical Spa LLC | Khalid Alazza MBR may send SMS and email messages to users who opt in. Messages may include promotional offers, service updates, appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, treatment updates, follow-up care information, and general communications related to our aesthetic and wellness services. Message frequency may vary.
2. Age Restriction
By using this service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18 years old, you may not use or access our services or opt into our messaging program.
3. Consent to Receive Messages
By providing your phone number and opting in, you authorize Royal Medical Spa LLC | Khalid Alazza MBR to send text messages to your mobile number. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
4. Opt Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to 708-634-5393. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
5. Opt In Again
If you want to rejoin after opting out, you can opt in again using the same method you used to enroll originally and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

7. Message Frequency and Rates
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity and promotional calendar. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
8. Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
9. Data Privacy and SMS Opt-In
Your use of the messaging program is also governed by our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
